Works included laying tarmacadam, kerbs, flags & blockpaving, laying services (water & BT), laying drainage.
Works were carried out over a 12 month period.

Plumpton Park, Harrogate, Construction of New Factory Space, £125,000.00
Work included laying drainage/providing Aco channels, ducting and cables for lighting, laying kerbs and Tegula
paving, planing the existing road and laying of new road surfaces. Works carried out over a 5 month period.

Cemex Construction Ltd, Highways Works Leeds, £105,000.00
Works included reconstructing a street layout to provide extra car parking places over a 3 month period. This
involved excavation of soil areas, laying new kerbs, laying hardcore and tarmacadam and providing ducting for
street lighting.

Gymcrack Housing Development, £95,000.00
Works included laying footings, laying services (water, electric, BT, gas), laying kerbs and paving flags,
block paving, erecting fencing and tarmacing the roads. Works were carried out over a 6 month period.

Spalding Railway Station, £85,000.00
Works included taking up existing coping stones, existing tarmac and drainage and replacing with new ducting,
drainage, block paving and new coping stones working within 3mm tolerances. Work was carried out throughout
a 7 week period.
